There are two patterns for withdrawal from membership. Please choose the procedure that best fits your situation.

Ayu.Saeki Official Web Site uses PayPal’s subscription service. Please cancel your subscription payment from the PayPal site directly. Refer to this PayPal support page for instructions.

Purchased via PayPal Guest Subscription
Without a PayPal account (guest checkout)
If you do not have a PayPal account — for example, you purchased via PayPal guest checkout — please reach us via the contact form.

Inquiries received on weekends or Japanese national holidays will be answered on the next business day.
Cancel your membership account
Cancelling Ayu.Saeki Official Web Site membership
After logging in, please open your profile page and click the “Delete Account” button to remove your account.
Important
Deleting your account does not cancel your PayPal subscription. If you wish to stop the monthly fee, you must also cancel the subscription via PayPal using the steps in Pattern 01 above.
