By accessing or subscribing to AYU.SAEKI (“the site”, “the house”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the site is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Nature of Content
All visual works on AYU.SAEKI are AI-generated artistic compositions. The character “Ayu.Saeki” is a fictional, computer-generated muse and does not depict any real person. We disclose this openly because we believe the work is better when its origin is known.
3. Membership & Billing
- Memberships are billed monthly via PayPal.
- You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not generally offer prorated refunds for partial months. See the refund section below.
- Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
4. Refunds
Because content is delivered immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a billing error or technical problem that prevented you from accessing your membership, contact m.m.company.since2023@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.
5. License to Content
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view and download member content for your own private enjoyment. You may not:
- Redistribute, repost, or share content publicly or on social media
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content
- Use content to train AI models or as input to other generative systems
- Remove watermarks, metadata, or other attribution
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and, where appropriate, legal action.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing your account is grounds for termination. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in conduct that harms other members or the integrity of the house.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and occasional maintenance windows may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYU.SAEKI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. We will first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled in the court having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable Japanese law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members at least 14 days before taking effect.
